Celeste is a Southwest Missouri native from Springfield, who graduated from Greenwood Laboratory School. Celeste received a Bachelor of Arts from William Woods College and her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University School of Law, with honors. While in law school, Celeste was President of the Association of Women Law Students, served as Case Note Editor for the Intellectual Property and High Technology Journal, and was awarded Loyola's Law Excellence Awards noting the highest grade obtained for her work in a number of courses including: Family Law, Advanced Torts, Constitutional Law, and Civil Law Clinic.


After serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Alma Chasez, Chief Magistrate for the Eastern District of Louisiana, Celeste joined the Atlanta law firm of Alembik, Fine & Callner, P.A., where she focused her practice in product liability litigation. In 2016, Celeste returned to Missouri to work for Daniel, Powell & Brewer, and in 2022 she joined Rogers | Ehrhardt as a Principal.
