In 2007 David began his work at the Missouri State Public Defender where he served as District Defender of the Columbia Trial Office from 2011 to 2018. In this role, David tried over 40 trials to completion. Before joining Rogers | Ehrhardt, David practiced personal injury law and criminal defense at Carson & Coil in Jefferson City.
