Brandon Copeland represents business, individual, and insurance clients in civil litigation in state, federal, and appellate courts in Missouri and Illinois, as well as the U.S. District Court of Kansas. In addition to his trial work in these states, he also maintains an appellate practice and has argued appeals in both state supreme courts and federal appellate courts.
Before entering private practice, Brandon worked as a claims professional for a national Fortune 500 insurance company. Brandon has since been practicing in personal injury, uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, construction defect litigation, arson-fraud investigations, and insurance coverage disputes.
Brandon has been recognized as a “Rising Star” in Civil Defense Litigation by Missouri and Kansas Super Lawyers and has recently been recognized by Best Lawyers in America for his work in Insurance Law.
