Caleb Hall moved to Mid-Missouri in 2016 to serve as a non-partisan analyst for the Missouri House of Representatives. Caleb later represented residential and small-energy consumers as a member of Missouri’s Office of the Public Counsel before transitioning to private practice. He has litigated energy and environmental disputes before state courts and state public service commissions, including work on behalf of public and municipal utilities, large energy consumers, and healthcare institutions.
